So often I hear people say they don’t eat at home because it takes too long and they just don’t have time. Every time I hear this it makes me want to tear my hair out. I live a pretty darn busy life, though I manage to find time to cook as often as I can. Whats cool is I’m normally making the exact same dishes that you find in your favorite restaurants. Restaurants depend on being able to serve a large number of people in a timely manner. Their dishes need to be simple to prepare and quick to cook. I’ve aquired a pretty nice collection of some of my favorite, famous copycat restaurant recipes which lets me enjoy being my own, private chef

I used to think I had to eat out, I always figured it was a time saver. I wanted to cook but I just didn’t have the time, or so I thought. I discovered copy cat recipes entirely by accident one day while searching the internet for a different way to make a favorite dish of mine and I’ve been hooked ever since.
